Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions. Too technical. Not enough information. Not enough pictures. This did not fix it. After performing the clean boot method 3 I still got the same error when trying to download an app. I then tried running the App Store troubleshooter. I got a message saying 'cache and licenses may be corrupted'. I ran WSReset. After I run it the store opens, but I don't receive any "cache was cleared" message like indicated here. This thread is locked.
