Don't take this risk. Mariah Pierce I broke my phone Pixel 2 this morning while doing a battery replacement so I went in and got a new phone. Came home and was setting it all up when I discovered that the Google Authenticator absolutely requires the old phone to be able to transfer to the new phone.
So if you break or lose your old phone, you will have to go through each site you use this Authenticator for and have them remove it. Not worth anyone's time. This is the worst app you can get. The phone I downloaded on broke you couldn't get on the screen Google never made it possible to transfer the authenticator to the new phone.
